Grief coaching is a collaborative approach to the present moment, staying focused on future goals.

Unlike traditional therapy, where the therapist and client explore the past to work on emotional healing, coaching concentrates on helping clients explore current needs, create actionable items and set meaningful goals.

Together, we create tools and practical steps that bring more clarity to your life while honoring your grief. This supportive, collaborative process empowers you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

How We Work Together

Currently, I’m offering a package of six private one to one sessions.

In these sessions

  • We’ll spend some time sharing your own unique grief experience
  • We’ll help you break down the overwhelming issues into smaller tasks that that feel more manageable, and easier to address
  • We’ll help you create your own set of tools to help you feel more centered, supported and able to feel more like the expert in your own life
  • You’ll be able to move through those rough moments with the courage that helps you recognize when it’s time to take steps forward.

When you have a solid set of tools that keep you grounded, you see your circumstances with compassion. You treat your doubts and your sorrow with self-care and understanding, making it much easier to trust your own choices.

  • When you experience that familiar pain of your loss, you come to understand that you are the best person to give yourself the support you need.
  • When you choose to share your story, or decide to ask others for support, you feel grounded, and know that self-compassion is your strongest ally.
  • And you’re able to create new meanings and relationships that can help you experience more of your life again, with more confidence in the choices you’ve made.
