Working Together
Is Grief Coaching Right for You at this time?
There are many ways to get support:
Grief coaching is a collaborative approach to the present moment, staying focused on future goals.
Unlike traditional therapy, where the therapist and client explore the past to work on emotional healing, coaching concentrates on helping clients explore current needs, create actionable items and set meaningful goals.
Together, we create tools and practical steps that bring more clarity to your life while honoring your grief. This supportive, collaborative process empowers you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
How We Work Together
Currently, I’m offering a package of six private one to one sessions.
In these sessions
When you have a solid set of tools that keep you grounded, you see your circumstances with compassion. You treat your doubts and your sorrow with self-care and understanding, making it much easier to trust your own choices.
How We Meet
Sessions can take place in two ways, depending on what feels most supportive for you
Zoom
By phone without video
If you don’t have access to a computer, but can get to a private space, you can speak and listen without visual distractions. For this method to be successful it requires more focus to stay present and connected.

We can have a short discovery call or an email with any questions you have to see if coaching support is what you are needing at this time.
